Translated excerpts of Ancient Greek.

Everything published here is completely free. Anyone can reproduce, modify, or distribute my words for any reason, with or without citing me, including to train AI models.

Where a fact was common knowledge, I have included it as a footnote. Where the names of people or places are well-known in their Roman form, I have romanized them. For example, Darius rather than Dareios. Otherwise, I have kept names as close to the original Greek as possible.
